Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg (/kɪ̘ˈno/ /qəg/ [mature; sophisticated; ripe] [arsenal]) is a subtropical Town located in the Ekÿckyewl̄ärt Provence of the Kingdom of Hobben.
The name Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg is derived from the Dwarven language, as Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg was founded by Êbeshe Yadequg, who was culturaly Dwarvern.
Climate
Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 20°C (68°F). Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg receives an average of 117 cm/y (46 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 9990 m (-10174 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg was founded durring the late 13th century in fall of the year 1151, by Êbeshe Yadequg. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Êbeshe Yadequg.
Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg was built using the conventions of Dwarvern durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg is is constructed arround a semi-circular spacious cobblestone mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. The cost-cutting-focused defences has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg’s streets. The town is very clearly a joyfull place as well as relaxing. Music can be heard often, as well as laughter. The smell of food and drink permiates the air. You can’t help but smile.
Civic Infrastructure

Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg's grid is powered by hydrogalvanic generators.
Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Religious leaders are influential in almost any community, but in Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg they make up the final authorities. It may be an explicit theocracy, with rule by the clerics of a particular faith, or a temple might be so important and powerful that the official leaders are helpless to resist its will. The locals can be expected to be loyal adherents to the faith, or else the less pious majority is deeply intimidated by the religion’s believers.
Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its fluid and florid elaborate style, comprising ornate, asymmetric designs and pastel shades. It is often considered to be a playful, light style, which made exuberant use of curves and emphasized subtle asymmetry in the general shape of its structures. Walls, ceilings and moldings are decorated with numerous interlacing of curves and counter-curves based on the shapes of ‘C’ and ‘S’, along with shell forms and other naturalistic shapes.

Ådehlÿ Chÿhno Qäg's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves gestures to channel Summoning energies of tier 1 via oratory performances.
